At Aquarium Co-Op, we want you to love your aquatic-inspired apparel as much as your hobby. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garments are free of any pet hair or debris.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
